SUM formula returns 0 but numbers look correct

Common causes
- Numbers are stored as text (often from imports)
- SUM range does not include the data cells
How to fix it
- Click a number cell — text numbers align left in Excel
- Use Data > Text to Columns or multiply by 1 to convert
- Check the SUM range covers all rows
